Some general reminders:

·         Close crawl space vents

·         Turn off outside spigots and drain the water from them to prevent broken pipes

·         When parking, take care not to have car or truck bumpers overhand the sidewalk

·         Please drive slowly, there are many children playing in the neighborhood

·         Bikes, skateboards and other objects are not to be left on the common areas and must be stored on decks

·         Pets must be leased and pet droppings promptly cleaned up

·         Owners must have Board approval before making any structural changes
