One of the residents has posted a comment in the News Section of the MCCA web page, asking residents to be reminded about the proper way to dispose of their trash.

According to the MCCA Rules and Regulations

“All garbage and trash must be placed in the proper receptacles designed for refuse collection and no garbage or trash shall be placed elsewhere on any common element.�

The use of black bags with a few drops of ammonia has been suggested to deter curious animal. The three days per week trash pickup schedule, (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) provides multiple opportunities for suitable disposal of household trash. Remember to securely close trash bags.
