Trash Collection at Mill Creek
Posted on Jun 16th, 2021
The residents of the Mill Creek Condominium Association may use the dumpsters located across Dowell Road at the Calvert Marina.

Please keep in mind that these dumpsters are not to be used for the disposal of items such as old furniture, televisions, appliances or other items that you would not expect to place on the curb for pickup by a trash collector.  The Appeal Landfill, located off Route 4 on Sweetwater Road in Lusby, is available for the recycling of these kinds of items.  Bottles and papers can also be dropped for recycling at the Appeal Landfill.

Winter Reminder
Posted on Jun 16th, 2021

Each homeowner is responsible for properly draining their outside faucet’s to prevent the freezing of the exposed pipes in the crawl space. Make sure that your crawl space door is shut and vents are closed. Mill Creek Condominium Association is NOT responsible for the repairs to broken pipes if this procedure is not done.
